Xerxes DalalConsultant Osteopathic Physician and Neuromusculoskeletal Pain Specialist Xerxes Dalal D.O. was first attracted to a career as an osteopath when a traumatic knee injury prevented him playing any sport. As a highly competitive young man his determination to compete on the sports field led him to seek out therapies that would cure and alleviate his pain and allow the body to restore itself to normal function. His journey started on that first visit to see an osteopath.

Xerxes qualified from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Osteopathic Medicine and a Diploma in Naturopathic Medicine. He has worked in private practice in Cambridge, Manchester, Harley Street and the Square Mile where he has honed his craft over the last 18 years. Having established the City Clinic of Osteopathic Medicine in 2002, he set out to provide the highest standards of osteopathic healthcare to the City’s diverse, dedicated and demanding work force.

Passionate about healthcare and providing patients with the highest standard of osteopathic manipulative therapy for a range of neuromusculoskeletal and general health conditions, Xerxes combines spinal, peripheral joint and visceral manipulation with deep tissue neuromuscular massage, Western Medical Acupuncture and Low Level Laser Therapy to provide each patient with the fastest road to recovery.

Erik Inarra

Wednesday & Friday 2pm–6pm

Erik InarraErik Qualified from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2013 with a Masters is Osteopath and a Diploma in Naturopathy. He is also trained in medical acupuncture.

Erik has gained experience treating all kinds of injuries and biomechanical imbalances. His techniques are clinically effective to improve flexibility, circulation, muscle tone and regeneration through neurological effects on muscle groups and myofascial components. Treatments are focused on the symptomatic areas as well as other areas that contribute to biomechanical dysfunction.

Erik has a sporting background in swimming and understands how important exercise is for health and well-being. In addition, he is able to provide nutritional advice due to his Naturopathic qualification.

Elisabeth McGirl, M Ost, BSc (Hons)

ElisabethElisabeth graduated from the British School of Osteopathy with a Masters degree in Osteopathy, complementing her previous studies in Sports Medicine.

She has completed further training in Rehab, Dry Needling, Sports Massage and Taping.

She enjoys working with varied client base, treating a broad range from sports injuries and office or work related pain to the elderly. Elisabeth uses a predominantly structural approach to treatment. She aims to reassure, inform and most importantly involve her patients in their treatment and management to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Drawing from her experiences at specialist neuromuscular centres Elisabeth is also confident in treating musculoskeletal pain and adaptations associated with a range of conditions such as Muscular Dystrophy, MS, Stroke and other Acquired Brain Injury.
